How do I know if I am a Chronically Disorganized individual?
- You may have a present and past history of disorganization in your home, office or surroundings.
- You may feel helpless and that your life is controlling you instead of you being in control.
- You expect disorganization and the thought of becoming organized is too much to handle.
What causes Chronic Disorganization?
Although there are many life evaluated conditions and stimuli that have lead to or are currently causing a person’s chronic disorganization, the most common disorder that has become widely known is (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. ADHD is plagued by varying degrees of hyperactivity, impulsivity and a lack of attention.
Chronic pain and illness such as chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and/or arthritis are also battling conditions that can interfere with one’s ability to stay organized. This could often lead to serious depression and an overwhelming sense of helplessness or loneliness.
